This website is operated by Livly and powered by Shopify. The following Terms and Conditions apply to the relationship between Livly and our site's users.
- Any reference to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ throughout the following Terms and Conditions, and this website, refers to Livly.
- Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to our users/customers.
The below Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Livly website. By engaging in our service, you're assumed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions at all times, whilst interacting with our brand.
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We use PayPal as our main payment method. PayPal accepts all major debit and credit cards such as: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express.
Please double check your order before finalising at the checkout. Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to accept any cancellations. We are more than happy to assist you in any way we can in the selection of your Livly lights.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
The utmost care has been taken when producing each and every Livly product. All items are carefully checked and packed safely to ensure they leave our studio in perfect condition.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days with your order number. We may request you send photographs as well as your damaged item back to us. Once we have inspected your product we will notify you via email on the status of your returned item.
Furthermore, we have the right to refuse claim of your damaged item if you haven't sent us an email and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified 7 days.
Please note: We are not initially responsible for payment of postage to return your damaged item back to us. This is required by the customer and your product must be returned to us un-used and in its original packaging. We recommend you retain proof of postage until we notify you that your damaged item has been received and we can review your claim.
As our products are made to order, unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges due to change of mind.
If you receive your item and you find it to be incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with your order number, photographs and a description of your item so we can review your claim.
If in the event that a replacement product is no longer available, you will be refunded the full amount processed via your original method of payment within 2 to 5 business days.
PRODUCT INFORMATION & CARE
Please read all product descriptions carefully to ensure you are purchasing and using each item for its intended purpose. We have done all we can to ensure all terms are clear in each description and cannot be held responsible should an item be misused or more importantly, put your child's safety at risk.
We highly suggest placing your Livly lights out of reach of children to ensure the best care for them. Our lights are heavier in weight and must be handled carefully only by an adult.
All of the designs, images, photographs, illustrations, logos, text or other intellectual property that has been available on our website or throughout our social media, is the copyright material of Livly and remains our intellectual property at all times.
This content may not be reproduced or republished without the consent owners of Livly. The use of our intellectual property in relation to any other business is strictly forbidden.
Action will be taken against any person/s who is found misusing our intellectual property.
Livly uses social media channels to update our customers about our brand, our products and our promotions.
